House hunting in my hometown Carmel, Indiana

I grew up in a suburb of Indianapolis called Carmel, IN.Money Magazine recently rated Carmel the #1 best place to live.The town is just 20 minutes outside of the big city and has a lot to offer growing families.When we moved to Carmel, I was going in to the 6th grade.My parents love real estate, and Carmel had an abundance of it.So much variety in the homes from old historic houses, to new construction.Every Sunday from 1-4 you could find an open house on practically every corner.We would go to church, eat lunch at Subway and spend the afternoon going to open houses.Not because we were in the market to buy, but because it was fun to look.We would often times make small wagers on how much the house cost before walking through the front door.So, in keeping with that tradition, I want to head back to Money magazines #1 place to live and do a little house hunting.Are you game?I will show you a house, and then you can take a guess at how much that house cost.The answers are at the bottom of the post.If you like this type of post, please tell me in my comments section.I think it's fun looking around in people's windows but I may be the only one!
