What I wore Wednesday

I thought I would try to join up with Lindsay this week over at The Pleated Poppy and show off more of my garage sale clothing finds. I love to play the guess how much I spent on this game, and thought it would be fun. Who knows, it just may be a weekly link up event.

So let's start with Sunday. Yep, the fourth of July. Brrr....it was a cold one here!

Theory pants: $1

Ann Taylor shirt: 50 cents

Banana Republic coat: $2

I rarely got to wear the outfit without the coat because I was so cold!

On Monday my hubby was home. I spent the day hanging out with the kids, taking kid #1 to the ortho, and meeting with our real estate agent.
Joe's Jeans: $10
Black cardigan-Target:$1
Orange shirt-Rubbish:50 cents
Green necklace: 25 cents

On Tuesday, I took the kids to swimming lessons, ran some errands, mowed the grass, did some baking, and some weeding.
Abercrombie and Fitch shirt: $1
Target Capri's: 4 years old
J Crew flip flops: 50 cents

And finally today, Wednesday, the weather is predicted to hit in the 80's. I think it's been about 275 days (no joke!) since we hit any number in or around the 80 degree mark. So I busted out a sun dress today.
Abercrombie and Fitch sundress: $2
So you can see a few things from the past few days...the weather is warming up, I typically spend more money on my coffee at starbucks than I do on my clothes, and my self photography skills are lacking...

  4. Oh my gosh, the coat and the cardigan are both beautiful, but just a bit hard to imagine wearing right now, as our temps have been near 100 degrees here!! This is my first week participating, and with picnics and the heatwave we're experiencing, this past week was pretty much a cool, comfortable and casual one as far as style goes!! Love all your outfits, though, and the prices you're paying for them too! That Anne Taylor top is very pretty, and for 50 cents?!! Oh the thrill of a bargain!!!... Have a great week! ~tina
